FLORIAN SIEG
As an experienced managing director (for 20 years) with many years of expertise in strategic and operational management and well-founded skills in the area of transformation, restructuring and digitization, Florian develops concepts and strategies for the realignment of companies or corporate divisions. His pronounced „hands-on mentality“ and his entrepreneurial mindset ensure a high degree of effectiveness in necessary change processes. In addition to excellent communication skills, empathy and broad knowledge of agile management methods, his in-depth financial skills and great understanding of IT round off his profile.
As an e-commerce expert from the very beginning, Florian has already been able to help numerous companies digitize their business models and core processes. Thanks to extensive knowledge in the area of restructuring and M&A, he is used to closely accompanying entrepreneurs and executives even in challenging situations or to joining the management board as an interim CRO or CEO in order to lead companies through a critical phase with a strong focus on results and assertiveness.
Florian also takes on various roles and functions as a consultant, expert, project manager or advisory board member for reorganization projects or the development of new business models.
Before founding his consulting firm, Florian worked for well-known companies, initially in marketing (Otto Versand) and internal consulting (AOL, Telefonica), and later as MD (Bünting AG) or CEO (Blume2000).
