As an experienced managing director (for 20 years) with many years of expertise in strategic and operational management and well-founded skills in the area of ​​transformation, restructuring and digitization, Florian develops concepts and strategies for the realignment of companies or corporate divisions. His pronounced „hands-on mentality“ and his entrepreneurial mindset ensure a high degree of effectiveness in necessary change processes. In addition to excellent communication skills, empathy and broad knowledge of agile management methods, his in-depth financial skills and great understanding of IT round off his profile.

As an e-commerce expert from the very beginning, Florian has already been able to help numerous companies digitize their business models and core processes. Thanks to extensive knowledge in the area of ​​restructuring and M&A, he is used to closely accompanying entrepreneurs and executives even in challenging situations or to joining the management board as an interim CRO or CEO in order to lead companies through a critical phase with a strong focus on results and assertiveness.

Florian also takes on various roles and functions as a consultant, expert, project manager or advisory board member for reorganization projects or the development of new business models.

Before founding his consulting firm, Florian worked for well-known companies, initially in marketing (Otto Versand) and internal consulting (AOL, Telefonica), and later as MD (Bünting AG) or CEO (Blume2000).
